In addition to my previous feedback, I am currently facing a technical issue with my E330 eufyCam (Professional). Although the camera is equipped with a microSD card slot, the Eufy Security app does not show the "Local Storage" option. It only displays "NAS (RTSP)" in the storage settings.
I have already performed the following troubleshooting steps:
Formatted the microSD card to both exFAT and FAT32 via a PC.
Ensured the card is a high-speed Class 10 card.
Restarted the camera and re-inserted the card multiple times.
Despite these steps, the local SD storage remains undetected in the app. Could you please investigate if this is a firmware limitation or if there is a specific setting I need to toggle to enable standalone SD recording on the E330?
